Award-Winning Structural Sales Engineer Joins Lindapter's Team

We are thrilled to announce that Lindapter has a new addition to our team of sales engineers! Please join us in welcoming Matt Kawczenski, an experienced structural sales engineer who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our company.

With 20 years of experience in supervisory, project management, and technical design positions, Matt has a comprehensive understanding of design standards and codes.  He has provided delegated steel connection designs for 15 years on projects from Massachusetts to Florida. His ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions for steel connections, facade designs, and a wide variety of contractor/erector/fabricator issues and questions makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Moreover, Matt has demonstrated an exceptional ability to build client relationships through his project response and coordination skills. This has been recognized by the Structural Engineering Institute (SEI) of ASCE, where he was awarded the prestigious 2022 SEI President’s Award. The award was based on Matt’s involvement with SEI Local Activity Division, and his involvement with the ASCE 37 standard.  Matt is also currently serving on multiple committees for the ASCE 7 standard and AISC’s NASCC The Steel Conference planning committee.
