Summary:

The Palace of Justice was constructed in 1890-1897 and is dominated by a 67-metre glass dome structure, which houses the Bavarian Department of Justice and the District Court I of Munich.

The brief required a connection for securing maintenance walkways around the inside of the 19th century dome so that they could carry out repair work to the roof.

After researching various options, they used 320 Type A clamps from Lindapter. Contractors were confident Lindapter’s Type A clamps were the correct choice for the application because they carry the CE mark and DiBt approval.

The Lindapter connections allowed a convenient installation process without drilling or welding, ensuring that the original 19th century steelwork remained intact.
